Every element of the space needs to work properly, look the part, and run without issue. Our all-inclusive corporate marquee packages cover everything from the structure itself through to flooring, lighting, and furniture, so you’re not chasing multiple suppliers or managing a complicated logistics chain.
Structure and design
Bespoke marquee structures, sized to your guest count and the shape of your venue. Clear span frames mean no internal poles, so the full floor is usable and every guest has a clear view of the top table.
Pleated ivory ceilings and linings come as standard, with starlight ceilings, clear roof panels and coloured drapes to match your scheme. Level flooring on any ground, waterproof throughout, and discreet heating for cooler months.
Bespoke Flooring
Hardwood, carpet and matting options, laid over a solid subfloor levelled to your ground. Sloping lawns, gravel, driveways and uneven paving are all fine. We scaffold and shim underneath so the finished surface sits flat underfoot.
Choose a finish to suit the day, from warm hardwood to carpet in your colour, or matting for a more relaxed setting. Dance floors, parquet or chequer, can be set wherever they work best in the layout.
Lighting
Elegant Interior lining and draping that turns a structure into a venue. Fully pleated ceilings and wall linings come as standard in ivory, with swagged or flat finishes and uprights draped to soften the frame.
From there we tailor it to your theme: coloured linings, contrasting sashes, starlight ceilings, and clear roof panels where the view is worth keeping.
Chandeliers, festoons and uplighters are fitted as part of the build.
Furniture
Tables, chairs and styled furniture for your ceremony and reception, selected to complement your wedding’s overall feel. Round tables for traditional seating, long trestles for a banquet look, plus cake tables and bars sized to the layout.
Chairs to match the setting, from limewash or gold Chiavari to chapel and crossback, cushioned in your colour. We set everything out to the agreed floor plan before your florist and caterer arrive.
Heating and weatherproofing
Fully weatherproofed structures so your event runs to plan, whatever the British weather has in mind. Every frame is sealed and secured, with guttering between linked bays so guests stay dry moving between spaces.
Heating can be added for cooler evenings, ducted quietly from outside with no units taking up floor space. In summer, roll-up sides let air move through and drop back down in minutes if the forecast turns.
